چکیده

In this study, the onset amplitude of initial capillary surface wave for ultrasonic atomization fluids has been implemented. The design and characterization 485 kHz microfabricated silicon-based nozzles are presented concept economic energy development. Each nozzle is composed a silicon resonator piezoelectric drive section consisting three Fourier horns. required minimum to atomize liquid droplets verified by COMSOL Multiphysics simulation software clarify experimental data. study reports vibrational (onset) 0.365 μm at device bottom under designated frequency kHz. agrees well with suggested concerning corresponding velocity in simulation. While operating, deionized water was initially atomized into microdroplets given electrode voltage 5.96 V. Microdroplets steadily continuously formed after feeding rate optimized. This newly designed atomizer facilitates development resonance frequency. A finite electric driving promote not only modern green industry, but also exploration noninvasive, microencapsulated drug delivery local spray needs.

Comparison of Numerical Simulations to Experiments for Atomization in a Jet Nebulizer

The development of jet nebulizers for medical purposes is an important challenge of aerosol therapy. The performance of a nebulizer is characterized by its output rate of droplets with a diameter under 5 µm. However the optimization of this parameter through experiments has reached a plateau. The purpose of this study is to design a numerical model simulating the nebulization process and to com...

Experimental and Numerical Free Vibration Analysis of Hybrid Stiffened Fiber Metal Laminated Circular Cylindrical Shell

The modal testing has proven to be an effective and non-destructive test method for estimation of the dynamic stiffness and damping constant. The aim of the present paper is to investigate the modal response of stiffened Fiber Metal Laminated (FML) circular cylindrical shells using experimental and numerical techniques. For this purpose, three types of FML-stiffened shells are fabricated by a s...
